#HappyHourClub 15 / Michelada Time
As promised, and just in time for today's #happyhourclub, it's officially michelada time but I've added a twist: jalapeno infused vodka created by my good friend KC Cooper Sears. This cocktail is inspired by my favorite taco truck in Atwater Village that Sam and I discovered 3 doors down from our house. We tend to frequent this slice of heaven on four wheels for their delicious chicken tostadas. So naturally I created the perfect drink to match. Get ready for a spicy combo with this cocktail recipe:
Brunswick Ave Michelada Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tecate beer (or your favorite lager beer)
- Spicy V8 Juice
- 2 oz of jalapeno infused vodka
- Juice of one lime
- Garnish: radish, jalapeno, cilantro, lime wedge
- Tajín seasoning
Directions:
Rub a lime wedge along the rim of the pint glass and dip into the Tajín seasoning. In the pint glass, add the ingredients above except the beer. Next, pour the beer slowly into the glass and garnish with a fresh lime wedge, sprig of cilantro, 1 jalapeno and slice of radish.
