#HappyHourClub 23 / Cola Noir

This one is dedicated to my dear friend, Lau. About a month ago I was reached out to her via text with a big SOS. I was in need of some #happyhourclub inspiration. It had to be different as I was dizzy from making batches of infusions. Thankfully Lau rewarded me with a popular cocktail from her hometown city in Spain. Not a huge fan of the drink herself, she warned me it might be a little too different. I knew I had to test out this crazy blend. It took a few attempts to really get into the cocktail but I think I've nailed it. Let me know what you guys think and next time I'm totally testing out cherry coke. Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of your favorite red wine (this is key, I love Pinot Noirs so I made sure to stick with my tried and true)
  • 1 bottle of Cocoa Cola (my grandpa worked for Cocoa Cola so it's the brand I prefer)

Fill your cocktail glass with crushed ice (yes, I know I didn't use that but I wish I did) and pour 1oz of Pinot Noir into your glass. Next, pour your cola until full. Gently stir the drink and enjoy!
