Flower Power: Pink Roses

“When life is not coming up roses
Look to the weeds
and find the beauty hidden within them.”
― L.F.Young

And so the flower power posts begin. If for only a moment, let these mix of photos, either created, curated or found help you find your inner flower power.

Pink roses found in my backyard

Pink roses found in my backyard

Pink roses are magical aren't they? The softness of their pink hues fit for daily reminders of self-care. While the bold, hot pink variety beacon you to get your fists in the air for love. I'm lucky to have a backyard filled with different varieties of roses. Being from the desert, I find this to be a daily reminder of miracles. The roses we have bloom throughout the year. I've never seen anything like it and to me that's pretty incredible. The magic of flowers just keeps me in awe of Mother Nature. Speaking of flower magic, I recently took a course on the subject from House of Intuition. This incredible video series is done by Harriet, a magical woman who knows her stuff. In this online course via HOI.TV, she teaches you to make your own flower tincture. Highly recommend the course. Back to pink roses...
