#HappyHourClub with Cocktail Curators Españolita Foods & Imports + Diane Lindquist
I love when I get to have friends join me in hosting a #happyhourclub—especially when it's with 2 fabulously talented ladies like Carmen from Españolita Foods & Imports and multidisciplinary designer, Diane Lindquist. It was the perfect way to end a long week. Here's the recap.
First things first: Carmen is a joy to be in the kitchen with. She gets you excited about the food, talks you through the steps of her process and basically makes you feel like you're at home with family. It's no wonder she started her own workshops. She spoiled the #happyhourclub with 2 delicious types of gazpacho, a cheese platter to die for, a variety of salty cured meats from Spain and so much more. Luckily for you, Españolita is now on Amazon Fresh.
As for the cocktail? Diane quenched our thirst with one of the best sangria's I've ever had. Hands down, it won major points for not giving me a headache and not getting me too tipsy. It was truly out of this world, just like Diane herself. Speaking of her talents, check out her site here.
Last but not least, the day was blessed with even more talent thanks toVanessa Hernandez from The Vaguley who whipped up amazing place cards in moments with her gorgeous handwritten skills. By the way, have you seen our new logo? That's a Vanessa Hernandez original. More to come on that collaboration later this month.
Now that you got to see all this fun don't you want to host or join in on the next #happyhourclub? Comment below, email me or better yet, join the instagram challenge. Your favorite drink could be featured at next month's event.
