When Phil did his monthly mixer, he wanted to have a friendly self serve punch available for his guests. Thankfully, KC Cooper Sears had just the recipe ready to go. This pink lemonade punch is perfect for large group gatherings. KC Cooper's Sears Pink Lemonade (AKA Sunset Boulevard Punch)

Ingredients:

  • Trader Joe's Pink Lemonade
  • Trader Joe's Lemonade
  • Lemon Infused Vodka
  • Lemons (organic since we'll be using the peels)

In order to make the lemon infused vodka, peel about 4 lemons and place the citrus peels in your preferred choice of vodka. We used Vodka of the Gods from Trader Joe's. Let it infuse about a week. Next, combine 1 part pink lemonade, 1 part lemonade and 2 ounces of infused lemon vodka. If making in bulk, use the same mixture times the amount of guests you'll be serving. Be careful as attendees might think this lemonade doesn't have alcohol. The vodka tends to be silent in this mixture and goes down smooth, which could lead to some tipsy people.
