Yes, I'm a Spirit Junkie. I've been a big fan of Gabrielle Bernstein since the moment I stumbled upon her guided meditation at Wanderlust's Speakeasy in 2013. It was the inspiration for turning my old office into a good vibe only zone. What the hell does that mean? It means salt crystal lamp, Steven Halpern on repeat and lots of random moments to chant, "guru guru wahe guru". It was my best solution for battling the stresses of designing PowerPoint presentations for potential acquisitions with corporate giants like Target while juggling my day-to-day responsibilities of leading a creative department. Thankfully, I found Gabby, the bright light during a time of corporate headaches. Those little shifts in my office made my 2 hour commute bearable, brought laughter and, ultimately, helped me make the rightful decision to pursue my own business.

As for today's quote, I woke up with Gabrielle's voice stuck in my head: Change your story, change your words and you will change your life. Hopefully, her words will inspire you today.
