ACL FEST SERIES KICKOFF! FIRST BAND UP TO BAT...HAIM

This year Sam and I decided to skip Coachella and set our festival radar on Texas for Austin City Limits Festival (ACL). This big adventure won't occur until October but that doesn't mean we can't plan ahead. There are so many reasons why we are excited for this music festival: the food, art, fashion and definitely the music. So I couldn't resist doing some R&D for this journey. Over the course of the next couple months I'll be diving into the festival and featuring what makes this year's line-up worth scoping out. Since this is the official kick off, it's no surprise that I would have to launch this series with my favorite bad ass sister act, HAIM. (Remember this old post?) These lovely 3 ladies can definitely beat out any drum circle act I've seen but it's their killer style that is captured oh-so-perfectly in this past month's ASOS Magazine feature. The looks documented work perfectly for any music fest coming up and pair nicely with the sisters crazy long hair (guess hair bands have a new meaning?).
