Happy St Patty's from the #HappyHourClub: Guinness Beer Floats

Fat Toad Farm Goat Milk Salted Bourbon Caramel, McConnell's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Guinness Extra Stout / Guinness Beer Floats Recipe / Bourbon and GooseLast Friday was an excuse to celebrate St. Patrick's Day early with Guinness Beer Floats for the #happyhourclub. Since I'm a huge fan of ice cream, I wanted to go the opposite of an Irish Coffee (though I do love them) and cool my jets with this nice cold drink since Los Angeles is feeling more like summer than spring. Since sharing is caring, I've included the recipe below so you too can indulge tonight (or better yet during the day outside is preferred). My favorite part about this combo? Discovering Fat Toad Farm Goat's Milk Salted Bourbon Caramel and McConnell's Vanilla Bean ice cream. Both of these independent businesses are incredibly amazing—so fresh and delicious, as well as gluten-free! Also, if you are on instagram and adore goats just as much as me, then you must follow Fat Toad Farm. The baby goats are taking over my instagram feed and I can't get enough of the cuteness!

Sidebar: For this recipe I opted for Guinness Extra Stout but you can use whatever beer you prefer. Guinness is great option because of it's mild flavor but next time I'll be trying it with Guinness Black Lager or Smog City Coffee Porter.
